Learn to swim at Bloomfield Health & Leisure Club. We have a range of swimming lessons at different levels for kids and adults led by our professional Swim Instructors.
Kids Lessons run throughout the year for all abilities between the ages of four and twelve. Lessons run for 6 weeks on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday with our popular Swim Clubs running each Friday and Saturday for kids to hone their newly developed swimming skills!
It’s never too late to learn to swim! Adult lessons run throughout the year and are available with a range of different levels conducted by our professional Swim Instructors.
The benefits of working out in water include cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance and strength. Our aqua classes add variety to your fitness programme and provide a social, interactive and fun workout. All fitness levels and age groups can work out together.
