Fitness Classes

Fitness Classes are an ideal way to get that workout in even when motivation is low and you are tight on time. Our fully qualifed fitness instructors will ensure you are pushing yourself and carrying out your exercises in a safe manner. Our classes add variety to your fitness programme and provide a social, interactive and fun workout where all fitness levels and age groups can work-out together. Not knowing whats in store and how you will cope alonside your fitness buddies can make joining a class for the first time quiet daunting. Our small group sizes ensure you dont get lost in the crowd and recieve the attention you deserve.

We offer a range of Fitness Classes to ensure that you attain and retain your targeted results. Classes are free to members with a pay as you go option available to non-members.
