What we are doing throughout the Hotel, Leisure Club & Spa:
- Guests, Customers & Staff do not have to wear masks in line with the current Government Guidelines
- Detailed Covid Action Plan and Policy in place
- Staff fully trained in Hotels Covid Policy and procedures
- Physical Distancing and property signage in place
- Cleaning & Disinfection Protocol in place
- Increased staffing to ensure regular cleaning and disinfecting
- Hand Sanitisation points provided throughout the hotel
Checking In & Out
- Check in time is 4pm
- One way queue system at Reception (Please adhere to signage and markings)
- Only one guest per party to queue for Check-in (Large groups should nominate one person to check in all rooms)
- If the queue is full please have a seat in the lobby and queue when there is availability
- Guests will be asked to pre-pay for their stay on arrival
- Guests will be asked to pre-book Breakfast & Dinner prior to arrival
- We can no longer offer luggage storage but Porterage will be available
- Protective screen installed at Reception Desk
- Unfortunately Residents cannot charge items to their bedrooms - All items must be paid as taken
- Check-out time is 12pm
- Express check-out available for pre-payed guests.

- Guests are asked to pre-book Breakfast time prior to arrival

- Carvery Lunch | Served Mon - Thurs 12.30pm – 2.30pm • Friday & Saturday 12.30pm – 3pm • Sunday 12.30pm – 5pm
- Bar & Grill Menu | Served Mon - Thurs 2.30pm - 9pm • Friday, Saturday & Bank Holidays 3pm - 9.30pm • Sunday 5pm - 9pm
- Restaurant Table d'hóte Menu | Served 6pm - 9pm

Carvery
- Guests can queue at the Carvery counter
Carvery Hours:
- Mon - Thurs | 12.30pm – 2.30pm
- Friday & Saturday | 12.30pm – 3pm
- Sunday | 12.30pm – 5pm
Health & Leisure Club
- There will be no admittance to the Gym or Pool without a pre-booking
- Children are allowed use the pool until 7pm
Gym Rules
- Please sanitise Gym equipment before and after use
- Please bring your own towel and water - Water fountains are not accessible
- If going from the Gym to the Pool, guests must change gear before entering onto the pool Deck - no Gym gear allowed in Pool
Swimming Pool Rules
- Swim Hats must be worn at all times
- Children are allowed use the pool until 7pm
- Pool users only allowed on Pool Deck
- During Swimming Lessons, we ask that only one parent accompany their child to the Changing Room
Spa
- Pre-Bookings must be made by calling 044 93 40894 or email spa@bloomfieldhouse.com
- Hand sanitiser stations will be provided throughout your visit
Spa Opening Hours
Bedrooms
- Residents are strictly not permitted into any other bedrooms other than their own during their stay
- All roooms are fully sanitised on arrival
- If you wish to have fresh towels, please hang the towels in a laundry bag on the outside of your door between the hours 9am-1pm
- Sheet changes can be requested, please dial 0 from your Room
- Rooms aired between guests

Kids
