Please scroll down for re-opening dates and some of the many actions we are taking throughout the Hotel, Leisure Club & Spa to enhance the safety of your visit.

 

What we are doing throughout the Hotel, Leisure Club & Spa:

  • All Guests should wear a face covering throughout the Hotel. Once seated for Food & Beverage, masks can be removed and should be worn when leaving your table
  • A maximum of 6 Adults (up to 15 including Kids under 12) are permitted at a table
  • Detailed Covid Action Plan and Policy in place
  • Staff fully trained in Hotels Covid Policy and procedures
  • Physical Distancing and property signage in place
  • Cleaning & Disinfection Protocol in place
  • Increased staffing to ensure regular cleaning and disinfecting
  • Hand Sanitisation points provided throughout the hotel

 

Checking In & Out

  • Check in time is 4pm
  • One way queue system at Reception (Please adhere to signage and markings)
  • Only one guest per party to queue for Check-in (Large groups should nominate one person to check in all rooms)
  • If the queue is full please have a seat in the lobby and queue when there is availability
  • Guests will be asked to pre-pay for their stay on arrival
  • Guests will be asked to pre-book Breakfast & Dinner time on arrival
  • We can no longer offer luggage storage but Porterage will be available
  • Protective screen installed at Reception Desk
  • Unfortunately Residents cannot charge items to their bedrooms - All items must be paid as taken
  • Check-out time is 12pm
  • Express check-out available for pre-payed guests.

  

Breakfast

  • Breakfast is only available to Residents at present.
  • Guests are asked to pre-book Breakfast time prior to arrival.

Breakfast Serving Times:

  • Monday – Sunday | 7am - 11am

 

Bar & Restaurant Dining

Our Bar & Restaurant is only available to Residents until July 5th

Indoor Dining for non-Residents resumes July 5th | Pre-booking will be essential

  • A maximum of 6 Adults (up to 15 including Kids under 12) are permitted at a table

  • Tables are spaced to ensure social distancing
  • QR Codes to view Menu on your own device
  • Sanitisation of tables between guests
  • Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Sauces etc. served in sachets on request 
  • In line with Government Guidelines, all Guests are kindly asked to leave the Bar & Restaurant by 11.30pm.

Outdoor Dining 

  • Open seating available outside - tables cannot be reserved for Hotel Residents or Non-Residents
  • Lakeside Dining Menu available - order and pay at the Hatch
  • Food will be delivered to your choosen seat
  • Table service is not available

 

Carvery

Carvery runs daily (Carvery available to non-Residents also, who can order at the Carvery and dine outside)

Carvery Hours: 

  • Mon - Sat | 12.30pm – 3pm
  • Sunday | 12.30pm – 5pm
  • Residents may dine inside
  • Non-Residents can order at the Carvery and dine outdoors until indoor dining resumes July 5th
  • Guests will be called to place their order and pay at the Carvery counter
  • All Cutlery, Condiments, Water Glasses are kept in a regularly sterilized area and will be served to you by a member of staff

  

Lakeside Coffee Hatch

Our outdoor Lakeside Coffee Hatch offers a variety of Classic & Speciality Coffees, Teas, Kitchen Bites, Stonebaked Pizza*, Snacks & Treats, all served with a smile and view!

  • Monday – Sunday | 8.30am - 8pm

 

Afternoon Tea

Join us for Afternoon Tea in the charming surroundings of Bloomfield House Hotel, on the shores of Lough Ennell, Mullingar. Tuck into the selection of tasty finger cut Gourmet Sandwiches, indulge yourself with delicious Pastries, Cakes and freshly baked Scones with Jam & Cream before treating yourself to an array of Homemade Desserts. Health & Leisure Club

General Club Information:

  • All Guests should wear a face covering when entering and exiting the Club
  • Please use the Hand Sanitiser provided throughout the Club
  • There will be no admittance to the Gym or Pool without a pre-booking
  • Please observe Social Distancing at all times in the Changing Rooms, Gym, Pool and Reception area
  • Please adhere to the timings of your session as we are trying to minimise the overlap of Pool and Gym users in the Changing Rooms as much as possible

 

Residents Information: 

  • Gym and Pool slots are available between 10am – 6pm and should be booked directly with Leisure Club by dialling 107 from your bedroom
  • Please verify whether you require a Swim Lane or the Open Zone and confirm the number of Residents you wish to book for
  • Swimmers & Walkers will need to book Swim Lane - Open Zone will be used primarily for Families & Kids
  • Families should confirm the number of guests they wish to book for at time of booking
  • Last entry for children in the pool is 6pm
  • We kindly ask our Hotel Residents to shower in their bedrooms to help us reduce the number of people in the Changing Rooms

 

Members Information: 

  • Please Book your Gym & Pool slots via the GymSync app 
  • Gym & Pool slots are available between 06.30am – 9pm Monday to Friday & 07.30am - 8pm Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays.
  • There will be no admittance without a pre-booking
  • Members can book a 50 minute Gym slot or 40 Minute Pool slot
  • Members can only book 1 day prior to the slot they wish to book
  • All Pool users will need to verify whether they require a Swim Lane or the Open Zone
  • Swimmers & Walkers will need to book a Swim Lane - Open Zone will be used primarily for Families & Kids and recreational use
  • Families should confirm the number of guests they wish to book for at time of booking
  • Please respect your fellow members and guests and call us to cancel so we can open your slot for somebody else

 

Gym Rules

  • Maximum of 50 Minutes permitted in the Gym
  • Gym Sessions will commence on the half hour mark (5.30pm, 6.30pm etc.)
  • Please sanitise Gym equipment before and after use
  • Please bring your own towel and water - Water fountains are not accessible
  • If going from the Gym to the Pool, guests must change gear before entering onto the pool Deck - no Gym gear allowed in Pool

 

Swimming Pool Rules

  • Maximum of 40 Minutes permitted in Swimming Pool area including use of Sauna, Steamroom & Jacuzzi
  • Maximum of 10 Minutes permitted in the Sauna, Steamroom & Jacuzzi 
  • Maximum of 2 people permitted in the Jacuzzi, 2 in the Sauna and 3 in the Steamroom
  • Swim Hats must be worn at all times
  • Pool users only allowed on Pool Deck
  • Last entry for Children in the Pool is 6pm
  • During Swimming Lessons, we ask that only one parent accompany their child to the Changing Room

  

Spa

  • Our Spa Team have handpicked a range of Covid friendly relaxing Spa Treatments - See Menu here
  • Pre-Bookings must be made by calling 044 93 40894 or email spa@bloomfieldhouse.com
  • Our Spa Therapists will be wearing PPE at all times during your visit
  • Hand sanitiser stations will be provided throughout your visit

Spa Opening Hours 

  • Daily | 10am - 6pm 

 

Bedrooms

  • Fully sanitized room on arrival
  • Please note our Housekeeping Team will not enter your room during your stay
  • If you wish to have fresh towels, please hang the towels in a laundry bag on the outside of your door between the hours 9am-1pm
  • Sheet changes can be requested, please dial 0 from your Room
  • Based on Covid guidlines we have removed soft furnishings i.e throws, cushions etc. 
  • Unnecessary touch points such as menus, guest directories, pens, bibles, magazines all removed and available on request
  • Rooms aired between guests
  • Room Service available 
  • Please be aware that you cannot allow any other guests into your bedroom that are not booked into your room with you

Kids

  • All Kids must be supervised and must remain with their parents or guardian at all times
  • Kids Playground will be sterilised as per guidelines
  • Kids Camp will not be running this Summer

  • We are permitted to host Wedding Receptions with social distancing and limited numbers based on the current Government Guidleines
  • Extra hand sanitisation points provided around venue
  • Additional credit card machines provided to speed up contactless payment
  • Adequate space provided to ensure guests enjoy a safe environment
  • Table service from the Bar
