PRICES QUOTED ARE BASED ON A MINIMUM OF 100 STUDENTS.
BOOKING FEE OF €10.00 PER PERSON REQUIRED TO SECURE THE BOOKING (MIN. DEPOSIT €1000.00)
FULL PAYMENT 1 MONTH PRIOR TO BALL OR 1 WEEK BEFORE SCHOOL TERM ENDS.
FINAL NUMBERS CONFIRMED 48 HOURS PRIOR TO EVENT.
NO FOOD OR DRINK MAY BE BROUGHT ONTO THE HOTEL PREMISES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUARDIANS TO BE PRESENT ON THE NIGHT OF THE BALL. NUMBERS ARE BASED ON THE FULL NUMBER OF STUDENTS IN ATTENDANCE. GUARDIANS TO STAY IN THE BALLROOM AND REMAIN RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL STUDENTS ON THE NIGHT.
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO STOP THE FUNCTION AT ANY STAGE DURING THE NIGHT.
ALCOHOL WILL ONLY BE SERVED TO THOSES PERSONS OVER THE AGE OF 18. THE MANAGEMENT RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE OFFICIAL GARDA I.D. OR PASSPORT I.D.
BANDS TO BE PRE-APPROVED BY THE HOTEL IN WRITING, PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
ANY DAMAGES INCURRED BY THE HOTEL AS A RESULT OF INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR OF STUDENTS WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL.
PHOTOGRAPHER ON SITE, ORGANISED BY THE HOTEL. ALL PHOTOGRAPHS TAKEN ON THE NIGHT WILL BE CHARGED DIRECTLY TO THE STUDENTS.
THE HOTEL MUST BE VACATED BY 4AM.
