"I don’t even know where to start in describing our magical wedding weekend in your amazing hotel. Although we had stayed in the Bloomfield Hotel we hadn’t even considered it as our wedding venue as we both felt it would be way out of our budget. We met with Oliver & Maria at the wedding fair in Citywest and from that moment there wasn’t another venue anywhere that would have swayed us away.
All the way up to the wedding the banqueting staff were simply outstanding. Nothing was ever a problem for them and not once was I made feel like a ‘Bridezilla’.
When we arrived the day before our wedding along with our families & friends the welcome was so warm and this continued all weekend. On the day of our wedding we simply had to arrive; everything I had asked to be done was done to perfection and Joanne and her staff did a fabulous job with the rooms and décor. Our meal was superb and our guests are still speaking highly of the food and service. And although the staff were very efficient all weekend they were never imposing or in the way which is a lovely quality.
Our wedding went on into the early hours without a hitch and the staff remained upbeat till the very end. The following morning I gradually met with all our guests in the lobby and bar and they all could not compliment the hotel enough and Stephen and I were both so proud to have picked such a wonderful venue for our special day.
Stephen and I along with about 30 of our family and friends stayed on for the 3rd night. We had such a relaxing day and all had food from the bar menu which again was perfect. We had such fun in the bar again that night and come Sunday nobody wanted to leave.
We both wish to offer Joanne, Pat and all the staff at Bloomfield House Hotel our deepest gratitude for our truly perfect wedding weekend. It was the fairytale I had hoped for and more and we cant wait to return".Tara & Stephen, March 2013

"I am Writing to Thank your Staff for my Wonderful Experience in your Fabulous Spa.The Lovely Lady who was at the Reception Desk in the Spa was very Friendly, Perfectly Professional, Warmly Welcoming, Well Presented and I found Her to be extremely nice. She welcomed us and signed us in, then took us to The Relaxation Room. The Scent and Tranquil Music that greeted us on arrival there was Breath taking. I was Amazed again by the relaxing mood which was set again by the Tranquil Music and also the light setting which was low and calm. It was inviting me in, to relax and enjoy. I was Succumbed to the Aromatic scent, the sound of the Ocean and seagulls in the distance and the most Amazing Unwinding Full Back Massage that could Possibly Be given to someone who finds it hard to just stop and relax Normally.
I was then given my own time, to rest and enjoy the quiet thereafter, and was told quietly that when I was ready I could return to The Relaxation room once again. When I returned, the room was empty and Beautifully Quiet with the music in the Background. I revelled in this as its rare to me anymore. While waiting for my friends return, I had No Problem Relaxing and letting the feeling of the Massage and the Oil Seep into me.
I can Compliment both staff members as the most Friendly, Lovely, Welcoming, Professional People I have Met in A Long Time. I sincerely want to Thank Them Both for Their Time and Patience. I thoroughly Enjoyed every moment of the whole Experience.

"The first day I went to look at the Bloomfield House Hotel I was really taken in by the views of the lake and grounds, as I met with Martina another bride came up to me and said she had her reception there the day before and highly recommended the hotel, which was great to hear from another bride!!! So shortly after i booked my reception with them and through out all my planning Maria or one of her team were there to answer and solve any problems i had, they were a pleasure to deal with.
On the day of the wedding everything ran so smoothly, we arrived to champagne and a warm welcome from Martina. The Lake and grounds made an amazing backdrop for my pictures. The kids were fed and sent to kids club which they loved. Martina looked after us and made sure everything ran in order. The bridal suite was lovely and I could have slept in the petal covered bed for a week it was so comfortable!!
The day after the wedding I had a facial and I have to say it was one of the most relaxing facials I have had and as a beauty therapist myself I would be quite fussy about treatments!!! I was just raging i didnt get to spend more time in the spa!!!
The next evening the hotel staff arranged for us all to eat together (47 of us) and looked after us really well. All my guests loved the Hotel and everyone complimented the food and service.
