The Charles Brinsley Restaurant at historic Bloomfield House Hotel, Mullingar is named after Charles Brinsley Marlay who bought the property in 1866. It is a well-appointed dining room with window tables offering fabulous views over the grounds and lake. This is a fine restaurant with very good food, well priced and presented with friendly and attentive service.
