Bloomfield House Hotel is an ideal midlands location for Team Building Activities. This midlands venue for team building is set on private grounds on the shores of Lough Ennell outside Mullingar with 20 Acres of magnificent parkland and surrounding forested countryside. Offering a choice of eight conference and banqueting suites, able to accommodate meetings and events from 2 to 450. Each suite is equipped to the highest of standards and with complimentary WiFi. The hotels dedicated conference and events manager will be able to assist with every step of planning your event. Team Building activities such as Motivation Seminar - The 32 Marathon Story, Archery, Falconry, Air Rifles, Canoeing & Kayaking can all be experienced on our grounds. Further activities as listed below can be arranaged on site.
Planetary Pipeline
Summary: Hands on team game where participants work in smaller groups but
then they all come together for the successful completion of the task. It
challenges their creative skills but also requires good communication and
coordination.
In short: Up to 200 people Indoor / Outdoor 1.5 hours
Benefits: Requires teams to work to a strict timetable but they must work for
themselves while also being aware of the overall group task. If one fails then the
group as a whole won’t succeed.
Mind Matters
Summary: High quality on screen challenges and mental tasks that we
combine with table top tasks. Fun and interactive – a very good breakout
options with very little set up. Can be run in one go or a few shorter ones.

Benefits: Ideal way of breaking up a conference and creating a buzz between
presentations or speakers..
Lights, Camera, Action
Summary: Fun video making team building event that can be based on your
product, famous movies, fun catchphrases or anything you wish!
In short: Up to 200 people Indoor / Outdoor 2.5 hours
Benefits: Gets their creative juices flowing, requires good communications,
teamwork and leaves the group with something tangible..
Team Works Inside
Summary: Several rounds of challenging hands on tasks that require coordination
and task delegation.
In short: Up to 400 people Indoors 1-3 hours
Benefits: Gives a chance to the participants to get to know each other’s strengths
and weaknesses as the tasks are so varied.
The Apprentice
Summary: Great team building event based on the popular TV program. Various
challenges including marketing tasks, creative challenges and fun tasks (nothing
embarrassing!). Our brilliant actor leads the event playing Alan Salt the
billionaire. One of the most popular events and very flexible.
In short: Up to 200 people Indoor & Outdoor 2.5 hours
Benefits: A competitive challenge that engages the group from beginning to end,
it’s serious and fun together and works on many levels.
Chocolate Heaven
Summary: Delicious team building challenge! Includes chocolate making,
packaging, marketing and so much more…As it’s all about chocolate people get
really into it and it’s a high energy team game which works a treat.
In short: Up to 150 people Indoor 2.5 hours
Benefits: Requires creativity, marketing skills and good delegation for a range of
different roles.
Team Works Outside
Summary: Up to 10 outdoor team tasks which participants do in small teams.
Tasks involve skill, mental and physical tasks so has something in it for everyone.
In short: Up to 150 people Outdoor 1.5 - 2.5 hours
Benefits: These team tasks require coordination, good communication skills and
exceptional team work to win.
Conference DigiQuiz
Summary: This fantastic high-tech multi media DigiQuiz run by our energetic MC
is a fun and interactive conference breakout option. It has lots of great on screen
challenges including video clips, images and songs.
In short: 15-1500 people Indoors Run over 3 or 4 short sessions
Benefits:It’s a great way to break up the presentations, add some competition
and has never failed to meet its objective of helping to maintain energy and
interest in a conference setting.
Lift Off
Summary: A futuristic themed team game where our not so famous scientist
warns the teams of an impending doom. They must design, build and then launch
rockets to ensure their survival and additional tasks bring it all together under one
theme.

Benefits: Requires innovation, time management and first rate communication
skills to succeed on this one.
Conference Energisers & Breakout Games
Summary: A variety of 8 different energisers to choose from. Our upbeat MC keeps
the buzz going all day long. These short energisers run at regular intervals get
people interacting, talking and having fun and result in a more productive
conference or meeting for all.

The Mission

Shoot ‘n Bowl
Offering a new experience for those looking for a fun outing with a difference.
Firstly we will transport you from Bloomfield House hotel to the all weather Shooting Range. There you will have a shooting session with a qualified instructor, who will accommodate you according to your ability, from a total beginner to the more experienced shooter.
Afterwards we will transport you all to Rock ‘n’ Bowl where we will set you up for bowling and finger food, you can also avail of the Bar at the Café Diner.
The cost of the package is dependent on numbers with discount for a larger group.

Description: Clay pigeon shooting is something that can be enjoyed by all in all weathers. Beginners are started off with comparatively easy clays and as one progresses the targets are changed to present a challenge. Staff at the centre are very experienced shooters and are always on hand to help with every shot. Also on site is a fully stocked gunshop with resident gunsmith. Private and group lessons are available. Corporate days are also arranged. Clay pigeon shooting is only open on a Friday night for experienced shooters and thereafter open by appointment only.
This new clay pigeon shooting centre is located 10km from Mullingar on the N52 and a short driving distance from Bloomfield House Hotel.

Loughcrew Adventure Course Corporate Packages
Corporate groups who attend Loughcrew Adventure Course will participate in activities which focus primarily on leadership skills, team building and communications.
During the activities, our highly trained instructors select different people to lead their group through various tasks. The tasks differ greatly in variety and there are plenty of occasions in which leaders are nominated and asked to take control.
Similarly, we have missions in which the groups may be split up or blind folded and must communicate to each other how to complete certain sections.
We have a section on the course which concentrates on team building – by working together, the team progresses.
No matter what line of business you are in, we will help build team spirit and improve company morale.
