• Terms & Conditions
• Price quoted is based on a minimum number of 120 students.
• A booking fee of €1000 is required to secure booking.
• Final numbers confirmed 48hrs prior to event. These will be minimum numbers charged.
• No food of drink may be brought onto hotel premises under any circumstances.
• Minimum number of guardians to be present and remain present throughout the night. Minimum numbers based  on number of students in attendance.
• Management reserve the right to stop the function at any stage during the night.
• Alcohol will only be served to those persons over the age of 18. Management reserve the right to refuse those who do not have official  Garda ID or passport ID.
• Bands to be pre-approved by hotel in writing prior to the event.
• Any damage incurred by the hotel as a result of inappropriate behaviour of students will be charged to the student directly.
• Photographer on site, although organised by the hotel, all photographs taken on the night will be charged directly to the students.
• Receive 5 free tickets for the first 150 tickets sold. For every additional 50 tickets sold receive 1 free ticket.
